Yoga Session: flow under the canopy of the trees with a guided yoga practice designed to align you with the changing seasons and bring balance to your life. This practice is grounding and peaceful in this ideal location.
Somatic Breathwork: Experience deep relaxation and connection through somatic breathing techniques, which help you release tension and embrace tranquillity. Coupled with Reiki Healing, you will receive soothing Reiki energy to promote healing within your body.
