Women in Bloom

This spring, we gather as women — not to do more, but to be more present.

Women in Bloom is an immersive day retreat designed to awaken your body, inspire your mind, and reconnect you to your creativity and inner radiance.

The day begins with a grounding and energizing Hatha yoga practice, creating space in the body and clarity in the mind. From there, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra experience a powerful form of guided rest that allows the nervous system to reset and the mind to soften.

After practice, we gather around the table for a gourmet catered brunch, complete with mimosas and coffee/tea bar to celebrate connection and community. This is not just a meal, it’s a moment to celebrate women, share conversation, and savor.
